Me and my fiancé are about to get married by the end of the year. And we are planning to move in to the house that my grandma gave me for me to inherit, it was an old house. But before moving in, we decided to furnish the house first. So we went on to seek an interior designer that could possibly help us with the home improvement dilemma. Basically that we would need to repair are the rooms and closets. Fixing a house is not a problem for people who have allotted certain amount for all the expense. Luckily for us our parents offered their share of costs for expenses that is going to take change in the remodeling of the house. So for starters I and my fiancé went to shop for the materials needed to start off with the repairs. We also bought new furniture sets, in exchange of the old one we have in my granny’s house, because the old ones are already swollen and are very much prone to breaking. My fiancé also wanted to change the wallpapers around the walls of the house that’s why we also looked for a cozy yet nice set of it.

Living in this old house of mine alone just makes me feel so sad. Lately I had been watching these show that is about home improvement, and I find it very interesting to watch because it simply teaches me about how I can manage and deal with my home. There is this saying that “there is no place like home “meaning to say that we should always feel comfy and secured every time we are at home. Being at home alone is simply hard, especially when my parents just past away. The ambiance and the feeling every time I am at home are just so unbearable. So what I planned to do was to remodel the house, having some ideas and thoughts about how I can improve my home were a great vision for me to start with. Having to fix my home without me spending much was a very nice idea that I ever thought of, for me to change the ambiance and to be able to bring back the happiness that used to be in here. I had to let go of the past and welcome the bitter reality that I in did need to under go home improvement for me to feel more comfortable and easier to live in with.
