Currently I’m in negotiations with two very competitive companies. My career has been blossoming for some time now, which is why the Allergy Research Group came calling last month. A buddy of mine from college had sent in my resume and had given me a glowing recommendation. He’s been keeping me abreast of what’s going on at every step of the way, so I already know who I’ll be meeting with and when the interview is scheduled for. My buddy was also able to get a few inside tips for me that I will be able to use to my advantage.

The other company that is vying for my affections these days is Apex Energetics. A recruiter had sought me out about a week ago and they immediately made me an offer without even meeting me. Apparently they heard about some work that I did on a previous project for my current employer, so that was enough right there to get me in the door. Apparently I was exactly the guy they were looking for and as I knew my skills to be completely beyond compare, that made total sense. But the thing I don’t like about life is that you never really know how things are going to play out. I’m not really sure which job I’m going to take, so I guess I’ll just go with whoever decides to pay me more.
