I am a business owner of our family company for almost three years. An aviation business company that my father gave me before he retired from work. My father was not that old to stop from working but he wanted to spend more time with my mother, traveling, being together than to stay on the business. The time that he gave me the business, I am already an employee on the company, been working for him since I graduated college, he wanted me to start from the lowest level on the company so that I can master the business and be able to know all the things about the business.
